Bette comes to each real estate realtionship with a fresh and creative perspective devoted to individual client needs. She is readily available for consultation, to preview homes, prepare and explain all contracts, open escrow, oversee the lending process and professionally market a client's home.
In her eight years of real estate experience, she has worked with a varied range of properties and clients, including several guest ranches, golf properties and unique, older homes. She is particularly interested in the East, Central & University areas of Tucson, but is also finding that she is working more in the Northwest.
Bette worked in commercial real estate for seven years,but has been more focused on residential sales in the last three years. She loves working for AVALAR ADVANTAGE REALTY and is grateful for the professional staff who work for her there. Bette is continuing to expand her knowledge of real estate and enjoys weekly coaching sessions with broker, Gary Hardy, a 37-year industry veteran.
When she isn't selling real estate, Bette paints large, abstract canvases that she uses to stage client properties. Bette's professional team at AVALAR consists of a top-notch marketing team, transaction coordinator and phenomenal coaching staff.
